About Us
We are a compact 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to a focused mission: empowering community action programs that champion kindness and bring people together. Predominantly active in California, we allocate the majority of our resources to four key areas, with a special emphasis on supporting student-led initiatives.

We provide essential resources, mentorship, and opportunities to lead community-based projects that foster service learning, promote racial harmony, and cultivate empathy across diverse groups.
Our Values
We are a group of parents from various cities across the US, working in diverse professional fields, united by a common desire to effect change. Established in 2021, Kind One is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in response to the racial tensions and social unrest we have witnessed in recent years. Leveraging our professional expertise, we facilitate actionable and psychologically impactful programs designed for youth engagement. These initiatives promote interactions within a culturally diverse environment, enhance mutual understanding, build interracial goodwill, and help overcome prejudice.
